COA: Unfortunately, due to Hegseth's rapid reprioritization of the acquisition's community, the US Army is sacrificing long-term program stability for quick White House (WH) approval.

COA: On June 16th of this year, the Army has finally implemented a nuclear assessment I made in March of 2024. It is with good reason to believe that the USArmy can throttle nuclear decay within their experimental hybrid power systems architecture, specifically for their CONOPs in support of the ISV-Heavy operational environment. Two independent research lines of analysis, conducted and fused over two years ago, has confirmed the USArmy's commercial solutions opening (CSO) document key performance indicators (KPIs).
