When to Quantum?

Quantum computing is the buzzword on Wall Street, but what is it actually? I would argue 90% of investors couldn't identify when quantum advantage is appropriate, why a quantum architecture is working, or what model it uses. Those all sound very similar, but, as always, they are incredibly different. In this article, we will break it down.

• COA: The Chinese have mathematically established quantum supremacy bounds since at least 2019, likely 2018.
• COA: Beijing is moderately likely to have verifiable (mathematically validated) quantum sensors, with quantum advantage, built into their missile systems since at least 2020.
